Writ seeking parliamentary polls by Feb 28

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) writ was filed Thursday with the High Court seeking a court direction to ask the Election Commission to hold parliamentary polls by February 28, 2008 after completion of the final voter list. Abdul Wadud Khondker filed the petition.
