15 to get Ekushey Padak

A total of 15 personalities will get Ekushey Padak this year, reports bdnews24.com.

Prof Dr Dwijen Sharma and  Poet Muhammad Nurul Huda will be awarded in language and literature.

Prof Dr Majibar Rahman Debdas will receive the honour for his role in the Liberation War.

SA Abul Hayat, ATM Shamsuzzaman and late Abdur Rahman Bayati will receive the awards in arts.

The others are Professor MA Mannan and Sanat Kumar Saha in education, Abul Kalam Md Zakaria in research, Kamal Lohani in journalism and Faridur Reza Sagar in mass media.
