The results of degree examination-2007 under the National University (NU) were published Sunday with 56.99 pass percentage, reports UNB.brA total of 67,095 examinees sat for the final examination (3rd year), and 38,236 of them came out successful.brOf the successful examinees, 1,627 obtained 1st class, 29,923 got 2nd class, and 6,686 got 3rd class from all groups.brBesides, the results of degree 1st year, 2nd year, subsidiary and the certificate course examinations under the National University were also published.brA total of 83,776 students sat for the degree 1st year examination, of whom 78,180 passed with a 93.32 per cent rate of success.brIn degree 2nd year examination, 71,506 examinees participated, of whom 67,051 passed with 93.77 per cent pass rate.brA number of 1,634 students sat for subsidiary examination and 674 of them came out successful, while 589 candidates participated in certificate course and 358 of them succeeded.br
