ACC mulls decision to go before JS committee

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) said Wednesday it would decide on a government order to appear before a parliamentary standing committee after examining the legality of the summons, reports bdnews24.com.
"We will examine the legal aspects of whether an autonomous body is bound to turn up at a parliamentary standing committee meeting," Acting Chairman of the ACC, Habibur Rahman told the news agency.
