BoI, BUILD join hands for private sector dev

Board of Investment (BoI) and Business Initiative Leading Development (BUILD) will put in joint efforts to foster private sector development in the country in the coming days. In a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed at the BoI office on Thursday, the two organisations agreed to take up joint programmes,

including dialogues, seminars, investment expositions, symposia and business conferences. BoI executive member Ahmad Nasiruddin Mahmood and BUILD chairman Asif Ibrahim signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations. M Shahjahan Khan, President, Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI); M A Motaleb, Director, Chittagong Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCCI), Md Khairul Anam, Executive Member; Nabhash Chandra Mandal, Executive Member; Touhidur Rahman Khan, Director from BoI and Ferdaus Ara Begum, CEO, BUILD were, among others, present, according to a news agency.
