Visiting Indian Coast Guard Director General Krishnaswamy Natarajan held a meeting with Bangladesh Coast Guard Director General Rear Admiral M Ashraful Haq at the Headquarters of Bangladesh Coast Guard in the city on Monday Director General Krishnaswamy Natarajan, chief of Indian Coast Guard, is paying a visit to Bangladesh from September 15, reports BSS.
Two delegation members are accompanying Natarajan during the visit, said a press release.
The Chief of Indian Coast Guard held a meeting with Bangladesh Coast Guard Director General Rear Admiral M Ashraful Haq at the Headquarters of Bangladesh Coast Guard in the city on Monday.
It is expected that the visit of Natarajan to Bangladesh will strengthen defence cooperation particularly in the maritime domain and fortify the existing friendship between the Coast Guards of the two countries.
