Citi's Asia Pacific Head of Investment Banking due in city today

Mark Renton, Asia Pacific Head of Investment Banking for Citigroup, arrives in the city on a day-long visit today (Wednesday), said a press release.
During his visit Mark will call on capital markets regulators, Citigroup's clients and attend the formal inauguration of Citigroup Global Markets Bangladesh Private Limited, which was awarded its full-fledged merchant banking licence recently as the first-ever Bangladesh incorporated entity of Citigroup, the world's largest financial services company.
Mark, a seasoned investment banker, joined one of the predecessor firms of Citigroup, Salomon Brothers in 1987 and has many large investment banking deal closures to his credit.
Mark did his Masters from Oxford University and has an MBA from the Wharton School. He is also a chartered accountant and worked four years for Arthur Anderson & Co. in London, before joining banking.
