European Union (EU) Ambassador in Dhaka Pierre Mayaudon Monday said connectivity is now a pivotal concept for Bangladesh and that nothing can stop it from becoming a growing reality, reports UNB.
He appreciated Bangladesh's approach towards regional connectivity.
"Bangladesh is taking a positive approach towards connectivity, addressing the challenges and catching the opportunities," he said while talking to diplomatic correspondents at hotel Lakeshore in the city.
The diplomat said one of these opportunities comes in the form of closer association with Europe. "We have all good reasons to believe that this one won't be a missed opportunity," said the diplomat.
Diplomatic Correspondents Association Bangladesh (DCAB) arranged the DCAB Talk with its President Masud Karim in the chair.
