An official of Dhaka Tribune was killed as a bus ran over him after hitting his motorcycle on Mayor Hanif Flyover in the Jatrabari area on Thursday morning, reports UNB.
The deceased was identified as Nazim Uddin, 32, senior executive of advertising department of Dhaka Tribune.
Hafizur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Jatrabari Police Station, said that the accident took place around 9:45am as Nazim fell down from his motorcycle and got injured critically after being hit by the bus, which was overtaking another bus.
