DSE stocks gain after two days of slide

Share prices on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) Wednesday rallied after two days of downward trend. As a result, both turnover and market capitalisation increased substantially compared with those of the previous day.
Market operators said investors are coming forward to invest their money in the stock market as some more good companies are awaiting their capital market listing. Moreover, people are investing their capital in the stock market as they think to avoid any hassle it is better to invest in the share market than depositing money with banks.
However, prices of the issues of banking and power sectors have been dominating the DSE over the last few days mainly due to those sectors'
