Fire at Sena Kalyan Bhaban in city

A fire broke out at Sena Kalyan Bhaban in Dhaka's commercial hub Motijheel area on Monday night.

Upon receiving information, firefighters promptly responded to the scene and initiated efforts to extinguish the flames.

Four firefighter units, including one from the Siddique Bazar Fire Station, were working to douse the blaze.

There have been no reported casualties from the fire as of 10:00 pm.

The fire originated on the seventh floor of the 23-storey building, as confirmed by the media cell of the Fire Service and Civil Defence. According to the cell, the Fire Service received notification of the fire at 8:55 pm, and the first team of firefighters arrived at the scene at 9:09 pm.
