Govt yet to make decision on president's removal: CA's press secretary

Shafiqul Alam, the press secretary to the interim government's chief advisor, has revealed that no decision has been taken yet on the removal of President Mohammed Shahabuddin, who is facing increasing pressure to step down as the head of state, reports bdnews24.com.

He said that journalists would be informed about any developments on the matter.

Alam spoke to the media on Wednesday after a meeting between Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus and a BNP delegation at the State Guest House Jamuna.
