Hotel manager slaughtered

A hotel manager was slaughtered allegedly by his colleague at Malibagh rail-crossing in the city early Tuesday, reports UNB.
The deceased, identified as Durjoy Chakrabarti (50), and hailing from Datchar village of Kachua upazila under Chandpur, was also the manager of Dipa Hotel and Restaurant at 886 DIT Road of Malibagh.
Police said, Durjoy went to sleep along with another staff Liton in a hotel room Monday night. Liton slaughtered him at the dead of night following a previous enmity, and went into hiding through the back door of the hotel.
