LeT man, JMBmilitants held

Members of the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested Qari Abdur Rahim Master, 45, identified as Bangladeshi associate of Pakistan based Laskar-e-Tayeba (LeT) from Islampur area close to Ahsan Manjil in old Dhaka on Monday afternoon reports UNB.
Briefing reporters at the RAB headquarters Tuesday, RAB's additional DG Col Majibur Rahman said Qari Rahim had been in hiding for last one year.
On September 20, 2010, RAB arrested LeT's Bangladesh coordinator Mohammad Imran from Siddhirganj in Narayanganj district.
On his confession, Pakistan national Wazed Khan alias Salman and his Bangladeshi associate Abu Bakar alias Bakar were arrested with high- powered explosives from Shahibag of Savar on October 6, 2010.
Since then Qari Rahim had been in hiding, Col Majibur said.
Meanwhile, RAB arrested JMB militants Khandaker Kawsar, 22, from Ribisha Garment at Nayanpur Bazar, and Adam, 23, from Kashimpur Hatimara in Gazipur on Monday night.
The arrested persons are wanted accused in August 17, 2005 bomb blasts case in Gazipur.
