Minu's detention extended for 90 days

RAJSHAHI, July 12 (BSS): The detention order of Mayor of Rajshahi City Corporation (RCC) Mijanur Rahman Minu was extended for another three months today.
Court sources said police produced him before the court of a metropolitan magistrate here on his expiry of one-month detention order. Magistrate Rabiul Islam sent back him to the jail.
Police prosecution said his detention order was enhanced for another three-month.
Police arrested him from his City Bhaban office under the Emergency Powers Ordinance on June 11.
