Moderate tremor jolts country

A moderate earthquake, measuring 4.0 on the Richter scale, jolted the country Tuesday afternoon. The epicentre of the tremor that was felt at about 15 hours 57 minutes 36 seconds (BST) was about 455 kms North-northwest of Dhaka Seismic Observatory (near Sikkim). -UNB.
