New timing for CNG stations

The government has rescheduled the closing hours of CNG (compressed natural gas) filling stations. The refuelling stations will remain closed for six hours from 3:00-9:00 pm daily during the ongoing Ramadan to increase electricity generation.

State-run Petrobangla issued a circular Thursday night reversing its previous decision of keeping the CNG filling stations closed for four hours daily from 5:00-9:00 pm in Ramadan, Petrobangla's manager public relations Tariqul Islam Khan told the FE.
