Bangladesh reported zero death from Covid-19 and 44 new virus cases on Thursday, according to official data.
The figures were zero and 36 respectively on Wednesday.
With the latest daily counts, the total fatalities from corovirus reached 29,123 since the virus was detected first in the country in March 2020.
A total of 6,744 samples were tested against 6,780 samples were collected across the country during the last 24 hours until 8:0am on the day.
Some 627 people recovered from the coronavirus disease in the country during the last 24-hour reporting time. The rate of recovery was reported at 96.66 per cent on the day.
