Novera Deepita's death anniversary observed

The 17th death anniversary of Novera Deepita was observed in the capital on Thursday.
A journalist of The Daily Star and a gold-medallist student of the Department of Mass Communication and Journalism of the University of Dhaka, she passed away on the day (July 27) in 2006.
Relatives and well-wishers offered milad mahfil and doa at her grave at Azimpur in the city. They also made some donations to orphanages, said a statement.
