Nur nabbed by police in rape case

Ex-DUCSU vice president (VP) Nurul Haque Nur was nabbed by the police from the city's Matsya Bhaban area at around 8:30pm Monday, private TV channels and online news portals reported.

He was taken to DB office by the time of our going to press at 9:45 pm, it was learnt.

Earlier on Sunday a case was filed by a Dhaka University student against him, accusing that he abetted rape of her.
