Pvt car catches fire near airport, no casualties

A private car caught fire suddenly on Thursday on elevated express way near Hajrat Shahjalal International Airport in the capital.

However there were no reports of casualties. The incident happened at around 12:10 pm.

Two fire fighters unit rushed to the spot and doused the flame at around 12:40 pm.

There were no passengers except the driver inside the car. The driver came out safely once the fire caught the car, according to fire service office.
