Welcome shower in summer

The capital experienced the first rainfall in the summer season on Sunday, which gave city-dwellers some respite from the prevailing hot weather.
The Met Office recorded about 2.0-millimetre rainfall until 9:0pm on the day.
"It is a maiden rainfall during the summer season," an official at the Dhaka Met office told the FE.
