A writ petition has been filed with the High Court (HC) seeking its directives for the concerned government bodies to prepare a list of property owned by S Alam Group and a ban on selling and transferring of those property.
The writ filed by Supreme Court lawyer Md Rukunuzzaman also sought a direction upon the government to submit another list of the properties of S Alam Group's shareholder-directors and their family members.
A hearing on the petition is scheduled to be held today (Thursday), probably by the HC bench of Justice Md Kamrul Hossain Mollah and Justice Kazi Zinat Hoque, the petitioner said.
