The admission test result of 'Ga' unit under the Faculty of Business Studies of Dhaka University (DU) for 2021-22 academic session was published on Sunday.
The pass rate was 14.30 per cent.
DU Vice-Chancellor (VC) Prof. Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman announced the result at a press conference held at Prof Abdul Matin Chowdhury Virtual Classroom of the administrative building on the DU campus.
'Ga' unit test coordinator and Business Studies Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Muhammad Abdul Moyeen, Convener of the online admission committee Prof. Dr. Md. Mustafizur Rahman and others concerned were also present.
This year a total of 29,997 students applied for 930 seats and 4,289 of them passed the admission test.
Students can get the results on the university website (www.admission.eis.du.ac.bd) or through short message service (SMS) from any mobile operator.
For getting SMS notification, a candidate will have to type 'DU Ga roll number' and send it to 16321.
The students who passed the test with the serial numbers from 1-1100 will be asked to fill up and submit the choice list through the website from 3:00 pm on July 6 to 5:00 pm on July 21.
The students who applied for different quotas will be asked to collect quota forms from the dean office of the Faculty of Business Studies and submit there from July 6 to July 21.
For rechecking the results, any student can apply to the Business Studies Faculty dean office by paying a fixed amount of fees from July 6 to July 21. The 'Ga' unit admission test was held in eight divisional cities on June 3.
