15 villagers injured in Bandarban clash

BANDARBAN, Sept 26 (BSS): At least 15 villagers, including two women, were seriously injured in a clash between two groups of people over a land dispute in remote Dardari village under Lama Upazila of the district Friday night.
Locals said the clash took place between supporters of Rabia Khatun and Muhammad Ali.
Of the injured, Rabia Khatun (36), Samsul Haque (50), Abu Siddik (18), Muhammad Ali (60), Abu Bakar (35), Nazrul Islam (29) and Monwara Begum were admitted to Lama Upazila Hospital. The rest seven were given first aid.
