1688 teachers promoted

A total of 1688 lecturers and assistant professors of different government colleges across the country have been promoted to assistant and associate professors, reports BSS.
A government order to this end was issued on Saturday evening.
"The teachers, 643 associate professors and 1045 assistant professors, also got new posts," Education Secretary Nazrul Islam Khan told BSS in the evening.
