2 bodies recovered from septic tank

CHITTAGONG, Mar 17: Two young men were killed by unidentified miscreants in the city's Sholashahar No 2 Rail Gate area Monday morning.
Khulsi police said the bodies of the youths were lifted from a septic tank of an under construction building.
They were identified as Quamrul Islam (19), a garment worker and Forkan Uddin (20), 2nd year student of Omar Gani MES College in the city. Both of them were reportedly workers of Bangladesh Chhatra League.
Police said the tendon of legs and hands of both the victims were cut, their hands and legs have marks of being tied by rope. The bodies were blood-stained. The police are searching for the killers.
The police on information rushed to the scene and pulled up the bodies with the help of the local people. A case has been registered in connection with the incident.
