2 motorcyclists killed in Rajbari road crash

RAJBARI, Jun 20 (UNB): Two motorcyclists were killed and another was injured as their bike hit a roadside tree at Majbari in Kalukhali Upazila Friday afternoon.

The dead are identified Abul Kalam, son of Keyamuddin, and Tayeb Ali, son of Rajab Ali of Arkandi village in the upazila, while the injured is Mamtaz Begum, mother of Tayeb Ali.

Locals said the motorbike hit the tree around 4:00 pm after Kalam lost his control over the steering, leaving them dead on the spot.

The injured was admitted to Faridpur Medical College Hospital.

Officer-in-charge (OC) of Kalukhali Police Station Abdul Aziz confirmed the accident.
