20 districts get new DCs, four made secretaries

In a major shake-up in the administration, the government has appointed new deputy commissioners to 20 districts, reports bdnews24.com.
Four acting secretaries or officials of their level have also made secretaries. The Ministry of Public Administration issued a circular effecting the changes on Wednesday.
