2090 more held in countrywide drive

Police arrested 2,090 people on various charges in separate drives across the country in 24 hours till 6am Sunday, reports BSS.
A number of 20 firearms, six cocktails and 46 bullets were also seized during the countrywide drive, said a release of police headquarters.
Besides, 23 motorbikes were seized during the drive for not having valid documents and 306 cases filed in this connection.
