25 persons injured in Sunamganj clash

SUNAMGANJ, Mar 7 (BSS): At least 25 persons were injured in a clash between two groups of people at Kaliar Kapon village over a dispute of cigarette price this morning.

Among the injured, Abu Saleh (28), and Tipu Miah (20), were sent to Osmany Medical College Hospital in Sylhet while Abdus Shis (60), Aftabuddin (45), Rubel Miah (28), Mukith Miah (28), and Senu Miah (35), were admitted to local hospital.

Being informed, police rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control.
