COX'S BAZAR, Apr 16 (UNB): Pirates kidnapped 28 fishermen along with their trawler from the Bay of Bengal in Maheshkhali Upazila early Thursday.
The abducted fishermen hail from Kutubdia Upazila.
Joinal Abedin, owner of the looted trawler, FB Joinal, said 30 fishermen were going into the Bay for catching fish with his trawler five days ago.
