The 32nd death anniversary of Akikunnessa Ahmad, a noted writer and pioneer in progressive women movement in late 40s, will be observed today (Tuesday).
She was the wife of renounced litterateur, journalist and politician Abul Mansur Ahmad and daughter of eminent Islamic thinker and litterateur Maulana Ahmad Akaluvi.
