5 killed in city road accidents

Five people were killed on early Sunday in two separate road accidents in the capital.
The victims in the Uttara accident were identified as Naimul Haque, Amit, and Javed Alam Khan. A truck ploughed into pedestrians around 3:00 am, killing two on the spot, while another died at a local hospital.
In the Bijoy Sarani accident, two motorcyclists were killed on the spot after a microbus rammed into their bike at 4:00 am.
