50 shanties gutted in Ctg fire

CHITTAGONG, Feb 16 (UNB): At least 50 shanties were gutted as a fire broke out in a slum at Amin Jute Mills area in the port city Sunday.
Jasimuddin, deputy assistant director of Chittagong Fire Service, said the fire originated from electric short circuit in a shanty at Shantinagar colony in the area at around 3:30 am.
