SATKHIRA, July 29 (UNB): BDR jawans rescued eight young girls while they were being trafficked to India at Hizaldi border in Kolaroa Upazila Saturday.
The rescued were identified as Shefali Khatun (18) of Khulna, Taslima (20) of Kishoreganj, Farida Khatun (18) of Jessore, Reshma Khatun (19) of Laxmipur, Beauty (20) of Meherpur, Rehana Khatun (23) of Barguna, Asma (18) of Bhola, Nargis (20) of Comilla districts.
The rescued victims said the traffickers brought them here alluring good jobs in India.
