98th birth anniv of Razia Sultana Ispahani observed in Ctg

The 98th birth anniversary of Razia Sultana Ispahani was observed at Mirza Ahmed Ispahani High School in Chattogram on Monday, says a press release.

She was the wife of Mirza Mehdi Ispahani, founder of Mirza Ahmed Ispahani High School, and the mother of Mirza Salman Ispahani, a renowned industrialist, educationist and chairman of Ispahani group of companies.

On the occasion, a Quran recitation, milad and doamahfil were held in the school auditorium seeking divine peace for the departed soul. Mr. Sayed Ahmed, assistant teacher of the school, highlighted different aspects of her life and works. Among the students, Tihamee Wahaz Siddiquee, NaishiaJannat, Nehla Binte Khalid and MobsalHasan Shah delivered speeches on her biography.

SM Mojibur Rahman, head of Mirza Ahmed Ispahani High School, presided over the event.

In his speech, he advised the learners to follow the ideal life and activities of this majestic woman.
