AC mechanic dies after falling from bldg in city

A young man died after falling from the sixth floor of a building while repairing an air conditioner in the Nabinagar area of Kamrangirchar in the capital on Thursday, reports UNB.

The deceased was identified as Md Rabiul, 24, an AC mechanic employed by Walton.

Rabiul, son of Mizanur Rahman, hailed from Kashimpur village under Hajiganj Police Station in Chandpur. He lived with his family in the Kamrangirchar area.

Victim's cousin Rahat said Rabiul was repairing an AC unit in a six-storey building in Kamrangirchar around noon when he accidentally fell and sustained serious injuries.
