An academic chair and centre of excellence will be established at the BRAC University aiming to effective management and leadership capacity building of civil society and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in the country.
GSK and Save the Children are jointly working to establish the chair and centre as part of their five-year collaboration to help save the lives of one million of the world's most vulnerable children, a media release said on Friday.
Speaking at the BRAC Frugal Innovation Forum at Savar, Vice President of Developing Countries Asia and External Affairs at GSK, Ramil Burden, made the announcement recently.
