Syed Anisul Arefin has been awarded the Chancellor Gold Medal during the 4th Convocation of the Islamic University held recently, says a statement.
He was one of among the top 20 talented students of the university.
He stood first in his MA (Session-2009) from the department of Arabic Language and Literature scoring CGPA 4 out of 4.
Earlier he was also awarded the Prime Minister gold medal in 2012 for achieving highest scores in honours level.Son of Syed Mukarrom Hussain, Arefin hails from Kalinagarpirmanjil village of Gopalganj district.
