The Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) launched a probe into the alleged graft committed by M Shah Alam, a public health engineer of the Department of Public Health Engineering (DPHE), Barisal, reports UNB.
The ACC at a recent meeting decided to conduct a probe against Shah Alam and directed its Barisal Office to take necessary steps in this regard.
According to the graft allegation received by the ACC, When Shah Alam was attached to DPHE Barisal, took additional charge of DPHE Jhalakathi as acting chief executive engineer from 2009-2013.
