ACC to file case against pvt firm official

The Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) is going to file a case against an assistant manager of New Hopes Feed Mill Bangladesh Limited for allegedly swindling money from the private business entity.

The Commission at its regular meeting on Monday decided to file the case against assistant manager Syed Fazle Rabbi, ACC public relations officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya told The Financial Express.

ACC's Dhaka divisional office will file the case soon.

According to the ACC probe, Mr Rabbi embezzled over Tk 3 million from New Hopes Feed Mill misusing his power and preparing fake documents during his tenure with the feed company.
