Adulterated edible oil seized

BOGRA, Sept 19 (UNB): The anti-adulteration mobile court Wednesday seized 1.5 tonnes of adulterated edible oil and date-expired juice, chanachur and glucose from a factory in Jaleshwaritala area of the district town.
The mobile court of Additional Deputy Commissioner Munir Chandra Chowdhury also arrested owner of the factory Utpal Chandra Das, sentenced him to five months' imprisonment and fined him Tk 50,000, in default, to suffer three months more RI.
