Air chief leaves for India


Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Masihuzzaman Serniabat, BBP, OSP, ndu, psc along with spouse and three entourages left Dhaka for India on a five-day official visit recently, says an ISPR press release.
During the visit, Chief of Air Staff will pay homage to the members of Indian Armed Forces who had sacrificed their lives during the Independence War of Bangladesh in 1971 by laying floral wreath at Amar Jawan Jayoti Memorial in Delhi.
Chief of Air Staff will also visit Indian Air Force Headquarters. After arrival at Headquarters, he will be given a Guard of Honour by a smartly turned out Indian Air Force Contingent.
Besides, Chief of Air Staff will visit Indian Air Force Academy, Aircraft System Testing Establishment, Air Force Test Pilot School, Radar Simulator and Hindustan Aeronautical Limited and other military and civil installations and exchange views on professional matters.
