Air Vice Marshal Abu Esrar made new Air chief

Air Vice Marshal Abu Esrar, BBP, ndc, acsc,GD(P) has been appointed as the new chief of Air Staff for the tenure of 3 years from 12 June, 2015 afternoon to 12 June, 2018 afternoon, says an ISPR press release.

He will succeed Air Marshal Muhammad Enamul Bari, BBP, ndu, psc.

Another notification of the defence ministry stated that Air Vice Marshal Abu Esrar, BBP, ndc, acsc, GD(P) will be promoted to Air Marshal rank with effect from 12 June, 2015 afternoon.

Air Marshal Muhammad Enamul Bari, BBP, ndu, psc will proceed on retirement as the chief of Air Staff with effect from 12 June, 2015 afternoon on completion of his tenure of service, according to another notification issued by the ministry of defence.
