Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni, along with invited guests, attends the 19th convocation ceremony of American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) on its city campus on Sunday The 19th Convocation Ceremony of the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) was held on the university campus in the city on Sunday, says a statement.
Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni presided over the convocation and conferred the degrees to the graduating students.
Deputy Education Minister Mohibul Hassan Chowdhoury and University Grants Commission (UGC) Chairman Professor Dr Kazi Shahidullah attended the ceremony as the special guests while former finance minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhith was present as the Speaker of the ceremony.
Chairman of AIUB Board of Trustees Nadia Anwar and Vice-Chancellor Dr Carmen Z Lamagna were also present on the occasion.
