Aktarul Islam made TUB VC

Professor Dr AHM Aktarul Islam has recently joined the Times University Bangladesh (TUB) in Faridpur as Vice-Chancellor (VC), says a statement.
Before joining the TUB, he was chairman of English Department of the Islamic University, Bangladesh, Kushtia.
He is one of the renowned social activists of the country.
Aktarul Islam has already taken some steps for developing the TUB.
He urged the students and local people to cooperate with him for the development of the university.
He also said the university always adheres to the rules and policies of the government and University Grants Commission of Bangladesh.
