Awami League (AL) presidium member Amir Hossain Amu Left Dhaka Thursday for Singapore with his ailing wife for better treatment, reports UNB.
An air ambulance flew Amu and his wife Feroza Hossain to Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore.
Feroza has been suffering from cancer for long. She was admitted to Lab Aid Hospital on September 2 as her condition deteriorated. She is surviving with life support.
Pro-reformist Amu returned to Dhaka on August 28 along with his ailing wife after two months' stay in Singapore.
Amu sought `doa' (blessings) from all for his wife's early recovery.
