A Dhaka court on Wednesday placed another accused on a five-day remand in a case over the lynching of Taslima Begum Renu in Badda area of the city over child-lifting rumour, reports UNB.
The remanded accused is Ibrahim Hossain Hridoy, 19. He was arrested from Narayanganj's Bhulta on Tuesday night.
Metropolitan Magistrate Court Judge Md Jashim passed the order when investigation officer of the case and inspector of Badda Police Station Abdur Razzak placed him before the court seeking a 10-day remand for interrogation.
Earlier on Monday three other accused- Bacchu, Bappi and Shahin- were put on a four-day remand each in the case.
