Appoint deprived candidates to asst teacher\\\'s posts

The High Court (HC) directed the government on Thursday to appoint the deprived candidates, who were selected in 2012 through examinations for the post of assistant teacher at the registered primary schools in different districts, within two months, reports UNB.
An HC bench comprising by Justice Farah Mahbub and Justice Qazi M Ezarul Haque Ananda passed the order after hearing on 367 writ petitions.
The concerned lawyers said there are nearly 10,000 deprived candidates under the 367 writ petitions as many plaintiffs collectively filed the petitions.
Talking to reporters, adv M Siddique Ullah Miah, who is a lawyer on behalf of 3000 candidates, said, "There are nearly 3000 candidates under my 29 writs.
